Southeast Dayton Festival at Walnut Hills Park

Saturday, June 23rd from 10am to 8pm. Walnut Hills Park is located at the corner of Wayne Ave. and Wilmington Pike in Dayton. Free Family Fun! DJ and Live Music, Pony Rides, Inflatables, Horseshoes, Spray Park, Popcorn, Corn Hole Games, Tattoos, Story telling and face painting. Bob's Smoking BBQ and Dave's Fish and Chips will be offering food for purchase. Local vendors and charities selling baked goods and crafts will be there too!

Block Party Anyone?

Neighborhoods, organizations or businesses that wish to block a street for a block party or similar event must complete a street closure application and have it approved by the Dayton Police Department 30 days prior to the event.The permit fee for a small neighborhood block party is $50, or $100 for a larger event organized by a school, church, business, or community organization. Street Closures can only be scheduled during daylight hours and are limited to one street block. Event organizers are required to set up and take down the barricades at the conclusion of the event
