Pick up your Dog Poop
If you walk your dog in the neighborhood and allow it to defecate on public or private property, then you are responsible for disposing of the waste. Otherwise you are littering and subject to prosecution if caught. You could also find an excessive amount of "litter" returned to your property if your neighbors catch you!

I appreciate you putting this out there. Of course those that do do don't read this stuff.
My husband is regularly walking up and down block picking up 'stuff' with his scoop shovel and hoe.
i have a neighbor that not only leaves her dog poop in others yards but also continually lets hers dogs run around the neighborhood unleashed and unsupervised. she been doing this for about a year now and i wont let my 3-year old go out when they are out. if any one knows who this person is please contact me at 177 indiana ave i would appreciate it....
